OUR PREMIUM SELECTION OF BEVERAGES

1. Black Cherry Craft Soda
   We love our black cherry flavor and this craft soda sample makes it sparkle even more. Our craft soda is sweeter than our seltzer, but a little less intense than our energy drink.
   
2. Blue Raspberry Energy Drink
   Berry lovers, this is for you. Our Blue Raspberry Energy Drink is packed with bright, candy-like flavor—even when the supercharged nutrients are added to our energy drink, all you taste is berry.
   
3. Dragon Fruit Sparkling Lemonade
   Our Dragon Fruit Sparkling Lemonade is a sweet and tangy twist on a classic. The bright dragon fruit pairs perfectly with bold lemonade for that refreshing pucker. Light bubbles make it extra crisp and fun to sip.
   
4. Passion Fruit Seltzer Water
   Refreshing and airy, our Passion Fruit Seltzer has a light, tropical flavor with zero sweetness. It’s the most subtle of our fizzy drinks—perfect for a clean, crisp sip with a hint of fruit. It has a little lighter tasting than our sparkling enhanced water.
   
5. Peach Sparkling Enhanced Water
   Our Peach Sparkling Water adds just the right hint of juicy peach flavor to clean, crisp bubbles. It’s lightly flavored with subtle sweetness for easy, refreshing hydration. It is on the lighter side of sweetness and flavor than the craft soda.
   
6. Strawberry Watermelon Energy Drink
   This sweet, fruity favorite combines juicy strawberry with refreshing watermelon for an energy boost that tastes like summer. It’s our sweetest carbonated drink, just above our craft soda.

We sell our beverages by the "case" of 24 cans. Each unit you purchase (by the case) is 24 cans. The base beverage is created with our own purified and UV sterilized water that we make on site (this is some high quality H2O.)

APPEARANCE/COLOR

By default our beverage is clear like water, with slight tints of yellow or cloudiness coming from the flavor(s) you choose.

COLORS:

Please be advised that the colors depicted in the digital proof may not precisely match the colors of the final printed labels on the beverages. This discrepancy may arise due to a variety of factors, including but not limited to, differences in lighting conditions during photography and display, as well as variations in individual monitor and screen calibration settings. We strive to ensure accuracy in our digital representations; however, slight color variations are a natural and unavoidable part of the printing process.

PRINTING TECHNOLOGY:

Printing: We use cutting-edge 1200x1200 dpi resolution printers combined with UltraChrome pigment inks to ensure exceptional color accuracy and stunning clarity. The result is a true photo-realistic finish that beautifully showcases your logo, artwork, or smiling face—with the rich quality of a professional photographic print.

Material: Quality is at the heart of everything we do. After over six months of testing and evaluating every available option, we selected premium BOPP (biaxially oriented polypropylene) for its superior clarity, adhesive strength, chemical resistance, and temperature durability—making it the ideal choice for both beauty and performance.

Finishing: To ensure every label meets our highest standards, we apply a crystal-clear polypropylene laminate. This final layer enhances vibrancy, locks in the ink, and provides a durable, waterproof finish worthy of your most important occasions.

NO RETURNS

Due to the nature of custom food products, My Day My Bev maintains a strict NO RETURNS policy on all custom-manufactured items, except in cases where the product is demonstrated to be defective. Every order is considered a custom order, as it is manufactured specifically according to the buyer’s selections at the time of purchase.

We do not provide refunds for changes of mind or buyer’s remorse. Additionally, we will not issue refunds based on subjective opinions or personal preferences (e.g., “The cocktail mixer is too sweet for me, I want a refund”). If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, we will fulfill our obligations as outlined in the Seller’s Liability Conditions below.

For co-packing services (contract manufacturing, blending of ingredients per customer-provided formulations, etc.), My Day My Bev is not responsible for product stability, nutritional thresholds, longevity, or potential packaging deterioration caused by ingredient incompatibility. It is the buyer’s responsibility to conduct third-party testing or assume the associated risks.

NO CANCELLATION

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted. Due to ingredient allocation and customization, all purchases are immediately processed and prepared for production. Orders undergo multiple stages, including raw material procurement, label printing, liquid blending, and batching—therefore, we cannot accommodate cancellations for any reason. Please review your order carefully before submitting your purchase to ensure accuracy.

SELLER'S LIABILITY CONDITIONS

The buyer’s sole remedy for non-conforming goods, sample runs, or co-packing services will be the replacement of defective items. Under no circumstances shall My Day My Bev be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Loss of use
• Indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

This applies regardless of the legal basis (contract, tort, or otherwise), even if either party has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

DAMANGES & ISSUES

The buyer must inspect all shipments upon receipt and verify the identity, quantity, and quality of the goods. Any claims regarding non-conformity must be submitted in writing within ten (10) calendar days of receipt, based on courier tracking details (Bill of Lading).

If a claim is not submitted within this timeframe, the buyer waives any right to dispute the shipment. My Day My Bev’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods in question, excluding any transportation costs or additional fees.
